1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online shop Whimsy & Gold. Deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you place the goods in the shopping cart, complete the electronic order process, and click the “Buy” button in the final step.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are shown separately.
The following payment methods are available:

• Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)

• PayPal

• Klarna (invoice, Sofort, installments – where available)

4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by you.

• Delivery times and costs are specified in our Shipping Policy.

• If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately.

5. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 30 days. Details can be found in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

3. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen

5. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

6. Widerrufsrecht

7. Gewährleistung
Es gilt das gesetzliche Mängelhaftungsrecht.
